Soil Preparation

When preparing a tomato bed, apply 2 lbs. of Tomato-tone per 50 square feet (5½ cups per 50 square feet) and work into the top 4 to 6 inches of soil.

Feeding

Apply 2 tablespoons of Tomato-tone per plant after plants are well established (10 to 14 days) and then twice each month during the growing season.

Quantities

Rows: 1 cup each side per 5 feet of row
Single Plants: 2 tablespoons per plant
Potted Plants:1 teaspoon per 4 inches of pot diameter (1 tablespoon per 12 inches of pot diameter)

Apply the Tomato-tone in a narrow band around single plants or along each side of each row.
Keep Tomato-tone at least 3 inches from plant stem.

Potted Plants: Apply evenly over soil area and gently mix in.
