Online Ordering
We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®, American Express®, and check/money order which must be mailed and cleared prior to shipment of order. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (this is the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order. We will only charge your account if the item is ready to be shipped and we can also ship against prepaid accounts. Sorry, there are no C.O.D.'s.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. PoolandGarden.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. PoolandGarden.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Shipping & Delivery Information
Shipping Rates
PoolandGarden.com calculates shipping rates based on the then current UPS shipping tables. For some larger items and hazardous chemicals, such as pool and spa chemicals it may be necessary to recalculate the shipping rates based on the weight or the oversized nature of the item. These charges will be different than what you may receive in your Order Confirmation Email . All applicable insurance and handling fees will also be added to the cost of shipping your order. These fees will be fair and as inexpensive as we can make them. Please note that we do not ship outside of the United States. Hawaii orders must choose 2nd Day Air shipping method, Virgin Islands orders will be shipped with UPS Worldwide Express regardless of shipping option chosen. Email for a shipping quote if you would like or you can place the order and we can email you with a final shipping charges. If you have any questions regarding your shipping charges, please contact Customer Service.
Expedited Shipping
Choosing Next Day Air, Second-Day Air, or 3 Day Select may not mean your order will be delivered in 1-3 days from the time you place your order online. You will receive your order 1-3 days after the "Product Availability" time for the product you selected. The "Product Availability" time is the amount of time required to process your order through our warehouse and acquire the product requested.

Please note that our warehouses do not ship on weekends, nor is Saturday or Sunday delivery available.

Out-of-Stock Items
If for some unforseen reason an item is no longer available, or will be backordered for an extended period of time, you will be notified immediately. If a brand is no longer available and something of equal or better quality is available, it will automatically be substituted at no extra charge.

At PoolandGarden.com we strive to provide the most accurate information to our customers. We are not perfect and descriptive, typographic or photographic errors are subject to correction.

Returns
If you are not satisfied for any reason you may return unused items in the original box within 10 days of delivery for an exchange or refund to the credit card account charged. We do not refund shipping charges. Returns will not be accepted unless we are notified, give us a call at 1-856-829-3560 (10:00am-5:00pm EST).

Taxes
PoolandGarden.com is located in Cinnaminson, New Jersey, USA. We are required by law to collect 7% sales tax on orders shipped to New Jersey only.
